GEAR
I love investigating what kind of gear the musicians use. That is why I decided (just for my own pleasure) to create this part. Here I will disclose to you by what I try so hard to take your attention away from the fact that I am an “instrumental looser” :o)
instruments
effects
amps
studio
miscellaneous
Here I would like to express thanks to a few companies and benefactors that help or support me by various ways. Thank you!!
Godin Artisan TC 1
Fender Telecaster ´69
I bought this beauty in a pawnshop in 1997. She caught my heart immediately, playing so loud even unplugged - wow! After her authenticity was confirmed by Pavel Skala from the Etc...band, it was mine for about 500 USD. A few touches were necessary, like getting rid of this horrible Floyd Rose look-a-like bridge, refretting and rewiring one pickup.
actual setup:
pickups: Lindy Fralin-Blues special Tele (bridge) and Gibson-Classic 57 (neck)
bridge: Wilkinson TB 5128 (GraphTech's "String Savers" sockets in the brass saddles)
nut: GraphTech's "Trem-Nut"
Since then, she´s been my number one. I even found out that she has been once owned by Michal Pavlicek, who sold her for "not being a very solo guitar". She was made in 1969.

FOKUS-H Hollow maple bass
In 2003 I finally purchased a bass. This Fokus-H offers a great bang for buck, it is a kind of vintage bass with a broad array of sound colours thanks to its 3 single-coil pickups. Unfortunately it is quite unbalanced and tends to drop on its headstock. I like playing bass and since I do a lot of home-recording, I use it often. I have already written a couple of songs on it, its simply something else than guitar.
